About
My name is Timo Pieters
I have turned my lifelong passion for health, vitality and longevity into a private practice of lifestyle medicine coaching. The evidence shows that the primary causes of disease, disability and death today are all lifestyle related, yet most doctors are not trained to help people change their lifestyle behaviors. Lifestyle coaching fills that gap.
My certification was awarded by the European Academy of Lifestyle Organization (ELMO), which provides the most evidence-based lifestyle medicine programs in Europe. You can read more about the ELMO's eight pillars of lifestyle below.
