What is ACT?

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) is one of the most evidence-based forms of psychological therapy and training that exists today. It has over 1,000 well-controlled RCTs (randomized controlled trials) supporting its efficacy, and has been used widely in various settings from clinical mental healthcare to schools, hospitals, sports performance and other areas. One of its main strengths is that it can be delivered safely outside of the clinical psychotherapy setting while still effectively improving wellbeing.
