Yoga


Yoga is a combination of poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) to help to control one’s “monkey brain”, bring peace to the mind, thereby preparing the body and the mind for meditation. Yoga is a way of reconnecting with your body, heart and soul.
Whether I am practising for myself or teaching others, my heart guides my yoga coloured by the different styles I have experienced.
Come to join me on the mat for some fun and to reconnect with your body. The Yoga studio caters for up to 8 people per lesson thus offering an individualised and personalised practice.
As a yoga therapist I also work 1-1 with individuals to optimse their individual wellbeing.
Integral Wellbeing also offers prenatal yoga help you connect with your child and prepare your body and mind for birth, and postnatal yoga to help you to recover from birth gently.
